If you could see me now

1. You would be amazed how many times I wear the same outfit. Literally without even changing for bed. It’s amazing. 

2. You would have overheard our conversation about how “regular” we have been since being here. 

3. You would meet Chuck. The pet chicken. 

4. You would be proud of how much Spanish I am picking up. 

5. You would be probably be jealous of how much fresh fruit and delicious vegetarian meals I am getting. Have I mentioned the plantains or avocado tree they have? Seriously I could write a whole blog on how good the food is here. 

6. You would see how a smile translates in any culture and country. 

7. You would see the rock wall, correctly called ‘Gaviones,” we are building and how it is almost finished!

8. You would be surprised how much time I am spending in their local garden. 

9. You would see how easy it is to memorize scripture when there are very little distractions around

10. You would know that God is here. He is showing up in amazing ways. He is teaching and growing me daily. Cheers to that.
