After a long day of working on building the rock wall the girls went inside to shower and get cleaned up. The guys went off because they said they needed “man time.” So we thought nothing more of it and let the boys be boys.
So we went inside for a bit and then were called outside to this.
It was beautiful and extremely thoughtful.
We sat down and also found our names around bundles of wildflowers.
Just lovely.
The best part was that on the inside of the papers were words of truth about each one of us from the guys.
It wasn’t extravagant, it wasn’t expensive, it was real. It was real words to encourage us and speak life into us. It wasn’t done for anything or because of anything, it just was simple and sweet.
