Being chosen for the Expedition Route is exciting. I was originally unsure of if I would be chosen to go on the Expedition Route. I was told during my interview that the expedition Route is a special kind of route and not everyone gets chosen to go. I figured I’d just get put on a different route or I’d be rejected altogether. When I got the phone call, I assumed I hadn’t made the Expedition Route, but I was told I had. I was so surprised I accepted the spot without thinking twice. That acceptance led me here, writing my own blog.
