While on the World Race in Swaziland we had the privilege of serving at El Shaddai orphanage.

My team RECKLESS LIGHT worked in the mornings as teachers at the local school for the community.  Although it was a challenge because we were the first team to work at the school, we saw God move in dynamic ways.  When we first arrived their was a laxidasical attitude among the staff about truly making sure the children were being educated.  As we came in and were persistent we saw the teachers regaining their love of teaching and the students began their journey of learning once again.

BUT MOST OF ALL we loved.  We spent time loving the children in our classrooms and as we taught them we poured value into them.  I am so thankful for those that teach on a regular basis.  You are truly heroes.

Besides learning and loving we danced.  Here is a video of ‘THE TEACHERS UNION’ and our dynamic dance moves!

My prayer is that today you will be so full of joy that you will dance.  These children came from horrific situations but their smiles melted hearts and they were so eager to dance.  Choose joy & dance today!

P.S.  For those of you that do not know I will be leading a high school girls trip this July 2015 to Peru.  I have been behind on my blogs and will be posting stories as I reflect now that I am home of my World Race Journey.  Help me spread the word about my Peru trip.  PRAY. GIVE. SHARE.
