I am staying in a city called valley de Angelas which is valley of the angels. It is absolutely beautiful here and I am very fond of the many mountains ansmd the constant temperature of 65 degrees. The ministry this month was very challenging for me, it is an orphanage of 70 mentally disabled adults who have been abandon and this beautiful organization has taken all of them in. The people here are so incredibly kind and they love with their whole heart. The staff works non stop and is often unpaid regularly because government funding is faulty. My heart was broken to see the people here and to know that someone didn’t want them or couldn’t afford to support these beautiful people. We had dance parties, sang, threw a ball back and forth and just huged… A lot! The residents love their hugs! Unfortunately my time at this ministry was cut short stay tuned for that exciting story…
