Circumcision is a sign, a seal of the promises I have already given you.
Circumcision does not give you the promise.
I offered my love, my care, my gifts to you before you were circumcised.
Before you cut out the old and put on the new, these promises I offered were already yours.
Nothing you did earned my promises.
Nothing you do will cause you to receive these promises.
Freely I give.
Your obedience and faith are beautiful things.
I reward the obedient for their obedience.
I reward the faithful for their faith.
I have made everything beautiful in my time.
But be weary of holding your faith and obedience as idols.
Do not hold out your faith and obedience to me and demand I see.
For I already see.
And your time will come, for I have made everything beautiful in my time.
The woman you were was created by man.
The woman you will be is created by me.
Seek me, push harder, press in.
You will be different.
You will stand out.
Not because of anything man or you will do, but because of what I will do within and through you.
I am making my hiding place within your heart.
I am making my space within your soul.

The fire I have set inside you will become an inferno as I work within you.
