I am following my brother’s footsteps (my older brother Mikey went on The Word Race two years ago)…
After praying for quite some time in the last couple of years, I am joining a World Race Team. In January 2015, I will be leaving my comfort zone to love others “Like Jesus Does”.
The eleven countries I will be going to love on others are the Philippines, Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, Malawi, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Ireland, Bulgaria, Moldova and Romania.
“11” is not just a simple number; it means so much to me, because:
- I am formally announcing my World Race adventure on the 11th day of the month
- I will be away from my family for 11 months and during this time I will be doing things that God is leading me to do
- I will be traveling to 11 different countries, having to readjust to a new place, new people, new food and new directions from God to reach out and touch new lives for Him
- There are 11 letters in each of the following = Jesus Christ, Jesus is Lord, Our Redeemer, Savior Jesus, God in Heaven and God Almighty… all of whom I am going to serve and going to share about with those God puts in my path
