I am finally here at Launch!  We're going through our last trainings and sessions and we're finally off to Guatemala at the end of the week.  It's been such a long year of preparation and fundraising, and the last year has been a journey it itself.  I am so excited to finally get to our very first country, and to finally get to minister to God's people and just see God move through our squad and our team.

But it's also been a little bittersweet.

The last few weeks have been one of my hardest, having to say goodbye to a lot of people that are close to my heart.  But, it's been such a blessing too.  It was really great getting to hear how people love you and support you, and how they really feel and think about you.  It was such a great reminder for me, and I hope to everyone who reads this, that we should always tell people how we feel about them, and how they've touched our lives, and that we love them.  It kind of sucked that I never got to spend time building relationship with the people I said goodbye to because I had no idea how much they actually cared about me until just before I leave.   So even though I am super excited to finally head to Guatemala, I am also really sad to leave all these great people behind.

(PS I'm sorry I couldn't fit everyone's pictures in the collage below.  But know that I also love you and will miss you!)
