Hey all,
This blog is set up for you. Whether you are starting a World Race Apprenticeship in August, October or January, I wanted you to be able to communicate with one another and find an easy way for me to communicate with all of you.
Many of you have begun asking questions about living arrangements. Here is a great place to start talking about how that transition may look. There are some great apartment complexes around Gainesville, many of our staff live at a particular complex called Lake Lanier Club. A 2-3 bedroom apartment with 4-6 people could end up being a great cheap living option.
Hopefully you August Apprentices (Audrey, Liz, David Matthew, Tim, Ashley and Robyn) have heard from Darci Simpson already regarding your new support goals. Darci will help guide you guys as your support coach and help you reach your deadlines. My goal is that all of you get paid at our first pay period on August 25th and to do that, we need $3,000 in your account. We'll make sure you have time even within that first week to support raise if you are behind.
I am currently in the planning stages with Michael HIndes on the design of the Apprenticeship schedule. It's more than I could have imagined and I can't wait to share it with you all. This will truly be an incredible investment for all of you and I hope you get as much out of it as I am just planning it!
On another note, if any of you are interested, you are all invited to World Race Training Camp July 24 – August 1. We will NOT be hosting this camp in Gainesville, but instead at a campground about an hour and a half away (near Cartersville, GA). Let Darci or I know if you would like to attend before we kick off things with the Apprenticeship Program.
I love you all and am praying for you guys as you prepare for this next season.
Let me know if you have any other questions.
Jimmy
