I’m a dreamer to my core, an adventurer at heart & an appreciator of the simple things. I love climbing mountains, spending nights under the stars, exploring the wild places of earth, frolicking amongst the wildflowers. But you could also find me equally as happy + satisfied snuggled up with a fuzzy blanket, cup of tea & a great book. There’s such a sweet balance to life – a time for adventure, a time to be still, a time for gathering, a time for dwelling. Each equally important, together creating a balanced soul.
A few passions of mine are:
uniting the body of Christ -> challenging + encouraging the church to be the church- to do life together, meet each others needs, fight alongside & for one another in prayer, break bread in each others homes, build each other up, serve the community & partnering in the ministry of reconciliation
“Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come. All this is from God, who through Christ reconciled us to himself and gave us the ministry of reconciliation; that is, in Christ God was reconciling the world to himself, not counting their trespasses against them, and entrusting to us the message of reconciliation. Therefore, we are ambassadors for Christ, God making his appeal through us. We implore you on behalf of Christ, be reconciled to God. For our sake he made him to be sin who knew no sin, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God.” –2 Cor 5:16-21
hospitality –> setting up environments for gathering + dwelling, creating space for the human soul to thrive, inviting people into my life and into my home for a platter-style meal, board game or tea time & invite others into a relationship to point them back to relationship with the Father
“That which was from the beginning, which we have heard, which we have seen with our eyes, which we looked upon and have touched with our hands, concerning the word of life— the life was made manifest, and we have seen it, and testify to it and proclaim to you the eternal life, which was with the Father and was made manifest to us— that which we have seen and heard we proclaim also to you, so that you too may have fellowship with us; and indeed our fellowship is with the Father and with his Son Jesus Christ.” – 1 John 1:1-3
caring for creation -> loving myself, loving others, loving the world – all because I love the Lord & know he created and loves it all too! #yayforcreation

other hobbies include board games, yoga, running, picnics, backpacking/hiking + traveling 🙂
