8:00- load bags on buses
8:35- arrive at airport
9:11- area where they normally put people is under construction. Gather bags and head to different area
9:13-apparently we can’t hang out there either. Logistics talks it out with security guards
9:41-get settled into our designated corner
10:25- one on one with my new team leader Ashley
11:03- Gilmore girls
1:15-sleep
4:23- wake up and pack away sleeping pad. Put on airporter.
5:25am- in bag check line. Weight checks in at 41.8lbs!
5:38- bag checked and I got my boarding pass
6:08-through security and go on a coffee quest
6:15-coffee shop promises us they are opening in 15 mins
6:28- achievement unlocked: obtain caffeine
6:45- go through special gate security where we all get patted down and our bags searched
7:25-board plane
7:45-take off
8:00-pass out. Miss drink service. As usual
9:15- wake up as “In The Heights” soundtrack is finishing
9:40- fill out customs form
10:35- land in Houston. Get scolded by pilot for not remaining seated while we wait to go to our gate.
10:37- why does everyone care so much about finding chick fil a?
10:50- off the plane
11:00- go through customs
11:02- “follow the signs, don’t just follow strangers” – immigration guy
11:25- at baggage claim
11:45- begin to worry because bag hasn’t showed up yet
11:55- realize someone pulled my bag off the carousel without telling me
11:58- get care package from home from Sams mom
12:00-out the airport we go
12:05- meet Julissa’s mom
12:20- feed us please #whataburger
1:00- Starbucks
1:35- Walmart stop for the essentials

2:40- try again only to find USPS distribution center…
2:41- give up and go to hotel
3:00- reorganize pack with all the goodies
