As many of you know, it’s been quite a journey to get here. (please see comfort article for more on that)
This is to show you exactly where I’m at right now.
I’m about a third of the way to reaching the $13,000 goal.
As of 12/22, I still need around $1,300 in money actually into Adventure in Missions to start the race. (I start January 1st!!)
In pledge support, I have $1,590.
Which means at this point counting the pledges for support and “money in” I am getting very close to being half way there!!!
Woo-hoo!!!
I do still have a ways to go though. So, if you feel led to give, there are two ways in which to do so.
The first is through automatic payment. (credit card)

The second way is by sending a check/money order sent to the following address.

There are many different ways to support me for this trip.
Some have chosen to do it financially, some prayerfully and others by asking if I still needed personal things for the trip.
I sent out an update recently informing everyone of what I still needed.
Since then, many things have been received and people have been asking for an updated list, so they don’t buy duplicates.

We are also looking for equipment for the media team. (both the January team or for future teams)
This is the time of the year where people update their electronics, and are not sure of what to do with the old stuff.
If you are willing to donate it, we may be able to use it!!!
Below is a list of things that at some point we can still use. (all things need to be in good working condition)
Laptops
Media equipment (shotgun mics, tripods, etc)
Blank dvds
Camcorder tapes
Batteries (for specifics, please e-mail me)
PDA’s, fold out keyboards, digital cameras
Before you send it anywhere, PLEASE e-mail me first and let me know what you have, so I can direct it to go to the correct spot.

I just really wanted to let you guys know how much I appreciate your support.
As I have stated how much money I still need, I am amazed at what I already have in.
To date, I have $4,215 in, which is incredible!
Sometime you tend to overlook the small things and what has really kept me going and encouraged is what has been give to support me indirectly.
I didn’t realize till Saturday morning that on top of the money given directly for the trip, I have been given over $900 in things relating to the trip.
Some it is as simple as shampoo and baby wipes, to having some of it designated to paying off recent doctor bills and to have other things pay for other personal pre-trip expenses.
I am so blessed!!
In whatever way you have helped partner with me in this, I want to thanks you from the bottom of my heart.
You are incredible supporters and I look forward to sharing the next 11 months of my life with you!!
