I am fully funded! God is so cool. Seriously. I am so grateful for all the donations and support. It all means so much to me. It has also been super cool because it has truely confirmed that this is where God has called me these past 2 months.

Last month, we were in Haiti working at an orphanage and school called Grace So Amazing. We served Grace by teaching at the school, helping out around the orphanage, and doing construction projects. I was on the construction team, so we spent most of the month painting and building different tables, shelves, and desks needed around the orphanage and school.

This month we are in the Dominican Republic working at Hope Mountain, an organization that is heavily involved in church planting and meeting the needs of hurting children in the DR. We have been helping out this month at Hope by doing a lot of manual labor and construction on their property

The first month back on the race was a lot harder for me than I thought it was going to be. I got real comfortable in my American living the short month and a half I was home. It was hard for me to adjust back to the heat and simple living with lots of down time. I also struggled with understanding Gods purpose in bringing me back out on the field because I honestly am a little burnt out of the savage race lifestyle.

However, the Lord has been teaching me to just trust Him and to get over myself. Sometimes you don’t get to see the fruit of the work and I need to be okay with that. Team leading has definitely been a different side of the race but my favorite part has really been getting to bond with my team cause they are all so stinkin fun and have a hunger for the Lord that is inspiring.

Please pray that I am able to finish well these last two weeks and that the Lord would continue to speak and guide me and my team! Thanks again for all your support!
