I wanted to give my friends, family, and supporters an update on where I am, what has happened, and what I am doing!

So Monday September 9 we left Atlanta, Georgia and had an 8 hour flight to Amsterdam. We got to Amsterdam at 11 on September 10. Then from Amsterdam we flew to Bucharest and got to Bucharest, Romania around 5 pm. We took this bus from the Bucharest airport to a Bucharest train station. And for the first time had Mcdonald’s outside the states. Accomplishment? I think yes. Anyways. We left the train station around 7 pm and arrived in Craiova, Romania around 11 pm. Yes that was my travel day. Something that happened through all of this was from Amsterdam to Bucharest they had seemed to lose our bags. So from Monday morning to Wednesday night we proceeded to wear the same clothes for three days. Yes we smelled.

Since from being in Romania I have gained probably 10 pounds from carbs. For the first week all we ate was bread which I wasn’t really complaining about to be honest. We have met our amazing ministry hosts and started ministry. My position is one of our ministry hosts admin. Which I really really enjoy doing and have some experience in doing. We have ministry from Wednesday-Sunday. Monday and Tuesday is our Sabbath and Adventure days.

We live in a house that is very nice and we are very blessed to call it our home. We have a kitchen for the whole squad, two bathrooms, and 6 rooms. It is interesting to live with 30 other people but you’re never bored and wondering what to do.

In the following next two months (October and November) my team and Xanadu (boy’s team) will be going to Draganesti-Olt, Romania for our following ministry months. I have never lived in a small town so I am excited to see how God works through me and grows me through this change. I have already seen some growth in me through the last few weeks.

Thanks for all the continuous support and prayers!
