Only two and a half months left of the race, WHAT! It’s so weird to think that I will be back in the US in so short a time.

We had a debrief after Thailand where we had a team change. I am so excited about this new team and everything God has planned for us. We’ve named ourselves the International Harvesters! I’ve put together a nice lil video below interviewing my new team about their experience with the race so far and what they’re excited for in our last couple months. Hopefully, this will help you get to know them a little better.

My teammate, Jess, has also written a new blog about team changes, where you can read a little bit more about our vision as a team, why we’re named the International Harvesters, and facts about us. This month, we are in Battambang, Cambodia. For an update on our ATL (Ask the Lord) ministry, we have been hanging out with a lot of lil street kiddos. We got lost one day, and happened to walk down a long residential street, trying to find our destination. As we were walking down this long street, we noticed many children lived there. We can’t walk past a single child in Battambang without a sweet wave and a “hello!” even if they’re driving past in a car or on a moto. It’s one of my favorite things about this place and something that I will always remember about Cambodia. Walking down that street, we felt a great sense of peace there and immediately knew we just needed to hang out with these kids.

So that’s what we’ve been doing! There is an open field that we show up at everyday. It is deserted when we get there, but within 30 minutes there are tons of kids. By the time we leave, there are usually about 30 or more kids. We play soccer, volleyball (everyone LOVES volleyball here), jump rope, blow bubbles, color, ride around on bikes, and just hang out. Almost none of them speak English, so it’s purely just smiling, laughing, and gesturing. It has been so much fun!

Without further ado, here is International Harvesters!
