Hey guys! Here is another “picture this” blog from India. Just a little view into my life for the 5 weeks we were there. I am currently in Nepal

Us dressed and ready to head out to the villages.

That one time we were welcomed into a village by a parade, complete with dancing and music

Throwing flowers to welcome us became a common thing

 Goodbyes are the hardest

These kids had the best smiles and infectious laughs!

In every village they would welcome us into their homes and feed us yummy food. It became so normal to eat food sitting on the ground.

Team picture at the beach in India. I really love these girls so much and loved being on a team with them.

I am so thankful for Shannon, my team leader

Picture with everyone before our Team leaders and Squad leaders left to go back home.

Getting to spend awakening with D Squad was a lot of fun!!

Praying over our Team Leaders before saying goodbye to them

When it’s been a month since you’ve had beef and you’re really craving it, so you go to Chili’s in Hyderabad.

When we fit 5 people into a tuk tuk

I loved walking though the streets in Hyderabad

I loved going to the market to get fresh fruit for our train ride and seeing all the fresh vegetables

This is the moment we got Ari’s pants back right before our train was leaving. She had left them at the hostel and one of the workers brought it to the train station for us.

Nothing like traveling on a sleeper train for 22hrs and meeting new friends

Movie dates and long train rides are the best

One of my favorite pictures from the India Gate

When I found Dr. Pepper in India, day made!

Old Delhi was a fun experience of walking though the markets

When you go to the Taj Mahal and you take a school photo.

Trick I learned on log car rides when it’s really sunny, put a news paper on the window and it blocks the sun.

The street that lead to our place on the hill. Yes, we had to walk a lot of steps again!

When my team took me to see Avengers for my birthday

I started going to this Mo Mo place a lot because it was in budget, and I really loved building relationships with the workers.

Mo Mo dates are always fun.

The bridge we crossed to get to our place

I Loved the beautiful walks in the mountains!

When our new friend took us to a waterfall and we climbed to the top.

The view from the top of our hostel in Rishikesh. I loved waking up to this.
