Picture This
Picture this is a blog full of pictures from the month. Its pictures of the place we stayed, the city we were in, the food we ate and other stuff as well. I wanted you to see some of what my life is like.
Unawatuna Sri Lanka is where we had debrief and this beach was a 15 min walk from where we were staying.
We had service every night at a church. That night we were taking about God and how He is a light in our life.
Got Bed Bugs at our frist Hostel this is a picture of my hand and arm from one night.
Found the best Gelatio place. The guy learned how to make it in Italy!!
Found the cutest coffee shop that had good wifi to blog for you guys. It was a good place to reflect with Jesus about the last 2 months of ministry.
This little boy was the cutest and loved to come spend time during our team meetings. This was at our first hostel right outside our city.
Our last breakfast at our Hostel before moving to Ella they went all out for us.
This is my room for the 2 weeks in the city of Ella.

Ella was the city we stayed in up in the mountains.
A picture of my new team on top of little Adams peak. This is when we worshipped God on top of the mountain singing God’s reckless love over the city.

These are called Tuk Tuk and this is what we rode to get every where.
One of my favorite things we did was make notes and cookies to give to people we had met. The waiters in a tourist town don’t always get treated right and we wanted to bless them.
This elephant lived in the city where we stayed and it became so normal to just see an elephant walk down the street.
The moment we helped plant trees in Ella.The tree next to us in the second picture is the tree Kailey and I planted together.

If you wanted fruit you would go to one of the stands on the side of the road.
My favorite cafe in Ella was AK Ristoro. I love getting to know people who work there and having conversation with them. Its so cool to walk out of a place waving goodbye to all your new friends. Also coke became my comfort thing from home.
A picture of the stairs I walked every day to get where I was staying. This is only part of it because we had to walk up over a 100 stirs a couple of times a day.
Every night fog would roll in and cover the whole city.

We had a train ride from Ella to Colombo that was 10hrs long.
Goodbye Ella it’s been fun onto another country.
