Today, we leave the USA!
I’ve been in Atlanta, Georgia for the past several days at “Launch.” Our squad reconnected with the other four September squads for our final preparations: ministry training, worship, teachings from Scripture, and more. Some of our parents came to partner with the ministry of the World Race and delve deeper into their own journey of abandonment, brokenness, and therefore beautiful dependency on the Lord!
Here’s my teammates and our families as we said goodbye:
THANK YOU for your abundant support over the past couple of months! Your generosity, willingness, and obedience to the Lord helped me surpass my next two financial deadlines! Praise God, for He provides! For many years, others have encouraged me, saying that God provides for those He calls and that fundraising should be the last thing I should be worried about. However, this incredible experience of His provision has helped to solidify that knowledge and faith in my heart. I have $1,800 until I am FULLY FUNDED!!!

We’ve prepared and processed and are itching to get on that plane and be in Serbia!
I’m feeling…everything. Excited, nervous, and ready. With a great team and an even greater Lord by my side, my heart rests at peace as I begin this journey with Him. Please pray that we look to the Lord as we face the unknown and for our team leadership as they work out the logistics of traveling for the first time. Stay tuned as we arrive in Serbia and start our ministry there!
