Training Camp season at AIM has officially begun. We're sending over 800 missionaries this summer and hosting 7 camps in 6 weeks. It's an exciting time around the office to know that these people's lives are about to be changed forever and we are a part of that.

Last week I witnessed another 150 Racers get wreck as they realized that this journey they are about to go on is bigger than themselves. They laughed, they cried. They made memories and did their first ATLs and feedback sessions. They got freedom and inner healing from things that had been holding them back for years, and realized the goodness of God.
And I broke. I totally lost it watching the Racers one night during worship. They reminded me of my R-Squad.
Dear ouR Squad,
I still remember every part of our training camp 10 months ago. When you walked off the bus and I helped you carry your luggage and set up your tents. The first time you saw the crazy Jonathan David worship and the first time you heard Michael Hindes and Allison speak. I remembered the words that I spoke over some of you. The things that were prophesied and the greatness I saw in each of you.
And then I remembered seeing you last month in India.
The things that were spoken at camp have come to pass and you’re walking in freedom, love, and grace. You’re completely different than you were 9 months ago.
I looked at these new Racers and saw where they’re going to be in 9 months. It broke me. They are about to be rocked just like you were. They are about to start the journey. And it excites me in a way I haven’t felt in a long time.
I told one Racer “I know it’s going to be hard, but it’s worth it.”
And it is. I’m sure each of can attest to that. I can say that because you guys have showed me that it’s worth it. The transformation in you is unreal. You blow me away.

Yes, they have changed me. This whole journey into seeing past myself onto a world that so desperately needs love has changed me. And I love my job and being a part of the changing lives. Today, I'll head back to Tennessee to see 220+ college-age being their journey into the nations.
