This month Spectacle is hanging out with Team Luminous. We
are teaching English at the New
Tone English
School and hanging out
with kids at various orphanages. I’m spending most of my time at the English School and loving it! I’ve been building
relationships with my students and the other teachers, and I’ve gotten to see
much of Lugansk with them. This is shaping up to e one of my favorite months on
the Race, and much-needed as the as the reality of home and America draws nearly everyday.
Luminous is very creative and loves acting and making
videos, so we decided to do a few this month. This first one is based on an
actual event that took place at our apartment. Most of the reactions are real.
Hope you enjoy it. And yes, we haven’t had Dr. Pepper almost
this entire Race and there is one gas station in Lugansk that carries it for
some reason. So we stocked up!
PS- I know I haven’t written a blog in a couple weeks, and I
promise a serious one is coming soon!
