When I set out to write this post (after first calling my mom, of course), I wanted to begin with “I am SO excited!!” or “ahhhh! I can’t believe it!” yet, nothing seemed to fit just right. I am most definitely excited, elated would even be an understatement, but more than any of those things- I am speechlessly in awe.. although, I’m not even sure that is a grammatically correct thing to say (go ahead and email me about it later Jonno!). God is s.o. g.o.o.d. Together we have surpassed the second financial deadline 
I am officially heading to training camp in July! My sincerest thanks to all those who have supported me thus far through kind words, $$, and many prayers.
Thank you for letting God move through you. Thank you for opening your heart to support- for whatever reason. Whether you have love for me, for the mission, or just for the Lover of all lives, He has called each of us to this point.
It is a magical place to sit when you stop long enough to see God’s intricate movements, binding us all together. There is something extremely divine exposed through our intrinsic need to rely on each other, and maybe that’s the feeling I can’t put my finger on. Some days joining the Race still feels surreal; yet, with this deadline met I feel undoubtedly closer. Though I know I still have many more goals to achieve, with each step forward my heart is passionately encouraged. I hope that those of you who have joined with me in this journey feel a bit closer too
Deadlines:
$150 Deposit – Due 3/11/2014 (2 weeks after your acceptance date.)$3,500 – Due 6/28/2014 (2 weeks before Training Camp)- $7,500 – Due 8/18/2014 (2 weeks prior to your trip)
- $11,000 – Due 12/1/2014 (End of 3 months on the field)
- $15,500.00 + $754.35 (*Insurance) = $16,254.35 – Total Due 3/1/2015 (End of 6 months on the field)
