Hey everyone, I'm Anna! I live in Lewisville, North Carolina, and I have since just before I was 5 years old. I was born in Boone, NC. I went to college at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (go TARHEELS!), so I am a North Carolinian through and through. Right now I'm in grad school at Salem College in Winston-Salem, working on my teacher licensure for high school English. Of course, I'll be taking a year off from that to do the World Race!! I'm 26, but I'll turn 27 at the very start of the Race. I love travel of all kinds, though this will be my first super-hardcore travel experience and I'm very pumped about that. I've wondered for a long time what my purpose is here, and I feel like I am finally heading the way God has been trying to tell me to go! I am so excited to get to know my squad and team, and I know that this will be an incredible experience and opportunity to share Jesus' love with people around the world!!
