As you may know, I have a newsletter. It is a monthly newsletter that gives people who have decided to support me, either financially and/or prayerfully, some tangible things that have happened in the past month as well as some of the upcoming things in this World Race journey.
The past few newsletters have had two sections of new information for all the readers, both related to financial support: 1) funding goals and 2) generosity trends. I like to include because it tells others who have been on our support team longer that there are other people who are joining in on this. Recently, I’ve added a graph to track funding, because 1) I’m a visual learner and understand data better visually; and 2) it does the same for others. Because of this graph, I have been able to ~meausure~ the blessing that I am receiving from all of you and from God. Each month, I am more and more flabbergasted about God’s provision and His abundance. It also makes me check myself against what I can and cannot do, and makes me more aware of Who God is and Who He says He is. There are days and weeks every month where I am taken over by doubt and fear and by the end of the month I am in awe of how much God is crushing my doubts and fears continually, making it clear that World Race is what I have been called to do post-graduation.
As you may have guessed, generosity is trending upwards. And, praise God, It’s not a linear trend, but exponential. (Shout out to my high school math teachers, I did actually learn and retain SOMETHING!) The total is growing consistently toward the ultimate goal, but each month the monthly giving totals are getting bigger as well. As the trend goes, this past month has been the month with the most giving to date (just like each month prior to it). This past month, we raise nearly $1,300 (about 7%) of my ultimate goal ($18,100) alone! One week in March, approximately $500 was given (about 40% of the $1,300).

To say the least, I am being blessed because of your love of God, the pursuit of His Kingdom, support of me, or some combination of these. I cannot properly express how much this means to me that so many people have come together to support me as I go to do something 1) unrelated to my major and 2) socially atypical. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, truly. May God keep and bless you and yours.
With my excitement and appreciation,
Angie Moore
