I really just wanted to write a blog about some of the people I interacted with most this ~month~ (excluding my team- and squamates), a.k.a. the translators.
BEN
How long have you spoken English? How long have you been a translator for Supply and Multiply?
I have spoken English for four years. I started working at Supply and Multiply in 2015. It was for three hours doing outreach on a mountain called Dejans. But, I have officially been a translator for Supply and Multiply for two and a half years.
What is your favorite part of ministry at Supply and Multiply?
My favorite part of the ministry is the elderly care.
What do you do when you aren’t helping the teams that come?
When there are no teams that come, I go to school all day, from 9:30 to 6. However, most of the time, I have activities in the church with my youth group and other things. But, basically, I go to school.
What is your favorite attribute of God? Where do you see that in Haiti?
My favorite attribute of God is His joy and His faithfulness because the joy of the Lord is our strength. It is clear to see that in the people of Haiti. Even though we do not have much, we still have the joy of the Lord in our faces.

How long have you spoken English? How long have you been a translator for Supply and Multiply?
I have spoken English since I was 13 years old, so for four years. I became involved with Supply and Multiply since I was 15 years old, two years. But, I have translated for them for one year.
What is your favorite part of ministry at Supply and Multiply?
One of my favorite parts of ministry is the Bible story for the kids (J.A.M. Club), but my absolute favorite part is evangelizing with the community people.
What do you do when you aren’t helping the teams that come?
When I am not helping teams, I play music at church and play basketball with friends.
What is your favorite attribute of God? Where do you see that in Haiti?
God gave us Haitians a great heart full with love for each other. Like in Montrouis, people’s hearts are full with love. White or black people are always welcome here.

How long have you spoken English? How long have you been a translator for Supply and Multiply?
I have been speaking English for ten years now. I first worked with Supply and Multiply in October 2017.
What is your favorite part of ministry at Supply and Multiply?
My favorite thing about the ministry is the diversity.
What do you do when you aren’t helping the teams that come?
I go to school, go out, work on my projects, have fun with my family and friends.
What is your favorite attribute of God? Where do you see that in Haiti?
His wonderfulness, I see it through all disasters we’ve been in.
SHAMMA
How long have you spoken English? How long have you been a translator for Supply and Multiply?
I’ve spoken English for about six years. I’ve been working with Supply and Multiply since they started their ministry in Haiti.
What is your favorite part of ministry at Supply and Multiply?
My favorite part of ministry is street evangelism and school sponsorship.
What do you do when you aren’t helping the teams that come?
I work with my dad and another company as a heavy equipment operator.
What is your favorite attribute of God? Where do you see that in Haiti?
My favorite attribute of God is His faithfulness.
