Hey y’all,
As you may know, I started a fundraiser called Adopt-the-Box. Adopt-the-Box is a common fundraiser amongst Racers. But, me being me, I had to make it different. Instead of 100 boxes, I chose to do 150 boxes. After doing some math, I realized that those 150 boxes have the potential to raise $11,325!
So, here’s a little A.T.B. update (unofficial acronym): three boxes have been adopted (whoooaaaa!!!!!), boxes 4, 18, and 88. The idea behind A.T.B. is that you donate the value of the box that you chose to adopt. Adopting Box 1 means donating $1, Box 35 means $35, and so on. If that was done, $110 would have been raised, BUT $142 has (because of a very generous and dear friend). As you can see, there are plenty of boxes left to be adopted. So, if you are able and willing to support me financially in this life-changing adventure. Please consider adopting a box. If you have $1 to spare, Box 1 is still open. If you can give more at this time, totally awesome. If you want to claim a box and make an official adoption/donation later, totally possible. Just let me know what box you are interested in and an approximate date that you can adopt/donate.
