I put this video together after spending a day at the local hospital with two other World Racers. We were caring for an 11-month old baby named Kenth. Kenth has been here at the Children’s Home since January. He has been experiencing frequent infections in a very private area. The solution for this was to circumcise him. He is an incredible child, and after the surgery, the only time he cried was when he had to pee. The three of us agreed with him – that pain was worth the tears and the screams!
Erin Winget, an amazing woman of God, was with him the whole time. She rode with him to the hospital on Monday night, and stayed with him until we brought him home Tuesday evening. She even got to be in the pre and post op rooms with him. This is the story of our day together.
Oh yeah, the big white ‘mitten’ on his hand is where his IV goes in… so he doesn’t yank it out.
