I’ve really struggled writing this blog… (As if you couldn’t tell… there’s kind of a large gap between posts. Sorry supporters!). When I sit down to write, my thoughts get jumbled, my stories are all over the place, I write run-on-sentences better than Paul himself (#biblejoke), and I feel like I’m writing some seriously vulnerable things only to share them with the entire internet.
And for all those reasons, the words I’ve written have never been posted and my “delete” button has gotten an award for most used key. #MVP
But I truly do want to share my story. It’s taken me time to realize and believe this– but my story is worth sharing. Not because it’s awesome, or incredibly captivating, but because it’s being written by Someone greater and it’s about something far greater than lil’ ol’ me. And the story isn’t over yet.
I want you to be a part of it all– the action-filled, the intimate, the sacred, the difficult, and the everyday– so that you may see Him and the grander story I’m a part of.
So here’s my promise: I will stop pressing delete so much and start sharing my messy, ridiculous, redemptive story with you. Thanks for coming along for the ride. I have a feeling we won’t regret it.
