Lord with You, there’s nothing I cannot
do
Home is now over 4000 miles away. The
adventure begins! New Years Eve, I flew across the country to
Winnipeg, Manitoba to spend some time with family and friends before
The World Race begins in Peru on Jan. 5th!
Saying goodbye in Halifax was very
surreal. For the most part of the day I was excited to give hugs and
blessings, but when It came time to pack my bags, load up the car to
drive to the airport, I became very overwhelmed by the reality of not
seeing friends and family for a long time. And it’s not so much the
time period, its the reality of becoming so dependent on ONLY God,
not the advice, comfort and company of loved ones but learning the
process of true unity with Jesus Christ. Learning and becoming
convinced that He is my ALL, will provide for all my needs, and is
the greatest comforter to my heart and soul. This will be extremely
challenging, I know, and the other part of this reality is, am I
really ready? Am I prepared to be completely dismantled from the
inside out in order for God to rebuild me, transforming me into the
likeness of Christ? I doubt I’m completely ready, but I’m up for
learning along the way.
I want to give a big THANK YOU to
everyone who has supported me prayerfully, financially, and through
encouragement. Having you all back me up has been the greatest
experience. To know that you all believe with me, that this is God’s
call on my life at this moment. My home church (Real Life Community
Church) made a beautiful slide show presentation that they shared
with me on my last sunday. It was beautiful and validating. The most
touching part was the song they chose to play along with the
pictures, It describes me perfectly! I couldn’t get the presentation
to put on my blog but I at least want to share the song, I found a

I want to put the reminder out there
again, that I still need financial support. My account is nearing the
$5000 mark and I still need another $8800. Ask God how you can
contribute, and please help me get the word out by telling friends
and family, directing them also to my blog! You can donate to my
