What does my week look like?
9:00 am – WAKE UP
9:15 – Bible study
9:30 – Breakfast
11ish- AM ministry
2 or 3ish – Lunch
4-5ish- PM Ministry
8or 9 – Supper
During the day we usually have a few random breaks. Saturday is our free day and Sunday we go to church AM and PM …. PM ministry depends on a few things… sometimes we visit a community so come back before dark,.. if we are going to childrens home we might not get back for lunch till closer to 3ish or we go later in the evening closer to 6ish….
Every day is different
So that’s a rough outline on what we got going on here.. It’s pretty crazy that we have been here 2 weeks and will be leaving on the 10th! Leaving is gonna be super sad, but I am looking forward to what God has planned for us Next!
Prayer Requests
The financials- I trust that God Has provided all my needs thus far.. but please pray that I overcome my unbelief… I am $3592 away from the quickly approaching December 1st deadline.. and $7,891.59 away from the final deadline!….I have found myself worrying over it and I know that God will provide all my needs for whatever His will is for my life!
I have a Consignment Sale Fundraiser coming up October 13th-15th. Please pray for that to BE AWESOME!!!
Pray against Spiritual Warfare- Satan has not been shy in the attacks that he has thrown at every single one of my team members! The higher up the flag pole we go the more our butts are exposed.. and he is biting us right where it counts!
Pray for the lives we come in contact with- This month a lot of our ministry has been at the base (A safe house) Currently the Casa Shalom staff is housed here, (some of the sweetest people I have met!) A couple of the staff are children that have grown up here. There's another American going to med school.. a mother who is trying to get back on her feet after leaving an abusive situation… and her son.
Pray for our team- God is doing some amazing things in our team…. And I pray for continued patience and grace towards one another! and our health!!! I've have been fighting a cold/sinus/allergy thing since before leaving.. and its still lingering….and I'm ready for it to be done..and stop stealing my sleep!!
PS….this is one of like 4 blogs that I've had brewing for a couple weeks now!
