Maybe this is your first time reading one of my blogs or maybe you have followed every single one I have posted, but it doesn’t matter right this moment. Instead what does matter is that you could be sending people home from the World Race too soon.
The time has come for everyone on our squad to be fully funded, which means that everyone needs to have the $14, 300 in their support account by the 31st of March. If that does not happen they will have to board planes in the Kuala Lumpur airport to go home on April 1st, also known as April Fools Day.
THIS IS NO JOKE!
We desperately need them to stay out on the field! The Lord is using them in some amazing ways!
Four of my teammates are in this danger zone and I would love it if you could help them out. You all rallied behind me and my trip was paid for around the time that I left, but if you still feel the need to give please consider helping out one of my teammates.
Phil needs about $300
Phil has only been on my team for almost 3 months now, but he has become like my big brother. I often call him my adopted Asian brother. His heart is so big and so caring. Children flock to him and he always stops whatever he is doing to help someone out. He goes out of his way to let us women know how beautiful and loved we are. I have seen him tell the women working in the bars in Patong that they are more than just a one night stand. If you say chivalry is dead you need to meet Phil.
Haile needs $1,050
Haile maybe the shortest person on our squad standing at a full five feet, but she is one of the toughest prayers warriors in the world. This girl will pray with you and for you right then and there if you ask her to. She has helped to heal broken hearts and cast out demons. She will always sit with you if you need to talk. The Lord has blessed her with a big heart and she is always pouring herself out.
Alana needs $3,200
Alana has been on my team since day one. I have watched as the Lord has changed her life. She desperately wants more of him and is always seeking him out. Music is one of her gifts and she is always ready to lead worship. Already she has written a few songs. Alana can make anyone laugh and she always helps us find ways to help us grow closer to the Lord. As a team we have put her in charge of getting us together once a week and intentionally seeking out the Lord and the Holy Spirit.
Nikki needs about $500
Nikki is an incredible daughter of the King. She is so intune to what the Lord has to say to her and to all of us. I have watched her grow as she walks with the Lord to discover her true identity. The Lord speaks through her daily giving her words of life to speak out into the nations. Nikki loves every child unconditionally. She has a gift of going out of her way to make sure you feel loved. For example, Febuaray 8 was Joshua and my one year mark, but since we are not on the same continent Nikki brought me a rose and some chocolates and wrote me a note about even though Joshua and I cannot spend that day together she hopes that the Lord will bless our relationship and how she still wanted the day to be special for me.
