Ok, Ok not the kind of shot you are thinking, I had to go to the travel clinic today to see what shots I will need for the race. I was super nervous thinking it would cost a lot of money but I was so blessed today in ways I could not have imagined. first of all i met this wonderful nurse named Beth who went to Nicaragua on a missions trip a few years back, we got to share about our trips with each other and it was so wonderful. Then I got to speak with the doctor who helped me figure out what shots I needed and I only needed one that cost me $65 PTL! so my time at the doctors cost me under $200 (I was expecting more like $500). Then on my way out Beth gave me a donation for my trip. its so awesome how God uses the people we least expect.
To continue one with my day of blessings: I took my prescriptions to Walmart to see how much it would cost, for all three I only payed $34 including 3 months of malaria meds! Thank you God for providing the way!
