The God of angel armies is always by my side!
I have so many thoughts racing through my mind as I enter into this journey with my God, I can barely put them eloquently into words for you, so allow me to just spill the messy ramblings of my heart on this page.
Currently I am writing this blog thousands of feet in the air as I fly to Costa Rica…the World Race has officially begun! This is crazy! This is surreal! Am I dreaming? How did we get to this place? This distant dream, this yearning passion, this call to radical transformation…this is it! God who am I that you have brought me thus far?
Who am I Lord that you would call forth greatness in me? Who am I that you would bring nations to their knees through your presence dwelling in me? Who am I that you desire to bring miraculous transformation from such a broken vessel? Who am I?
I am your beloved. I am your bride. I am redeemed. I am being made new. I am free. I am covered by the blood. I am seated in the heaven-lies. I am Jesus! I am the aroma of Christ to all who are perishing!
I am more than blessed is all I can say as I begin this journey of radical abandonment to the Gospel of Christ, to His kingdom work, to His call to go and “make disciples of all nations.” The Lord goes before me, He stands beside me, the God of angel armies is always by my side…whom shall I fear?
This is my anthem, this is my teams anthem, this is the anthem of all Racers as we step out in faith following hard after our God. We need not fear anything going forward into the unknown… “no weapon formed against me shall remain!” For we do not go out alone. We do not go in our own weak and broken flesh. We do not stand by our feeble strength alone. We do not preach ourselves nor do we boast in ourselves, we preach Christ and boast in Him alone!
We go because we are called to go. We go because we desire, even in the depths of our depravity, to follow our Jesus anywhere and everywhere He is going. We go not because of perfection, rather in imperfection do we bow the knee to His humble leading. We go so that His transforming power may make us new every day. That He may chafe away all impurity, heal all infectious wounds deep in our hearts, breath the breath of God into these dry and decaying bones, and make us into the image of our most precious savior.
Hear my heart Lord! Hear my cry! Make me like my Jesus! May I become the aroma of Christ!
So here we are. Rather, here we go. We are now World Racers…but more than that we are life changers, chain breakers, Kingdom bringers, life breathers, freedom fighters, justice criers, image bearers, Satan scarers, movement makers, Kingdom shakers!

Thank you to all of my supporters for getting me to this point! We are all now partners in this gospel ministry together…so are you ready? We are bringing the Kingdom together! Come with open hands and an expectant heart to see God move in mighty mighty ways this year through us all! Thank you for allowing Him to move, thank you for your obedience to His call to send workers into the harvest fields, thank you for taking seriously His great commission…to go and make disciples of all nations! Here we go! We are in for one amazing ride! Whom shall we fear!
