Hello everyone! Long time no talk;) It has been a long week! But I have news! MY SQUAD IS GOING TO COSTA RICA!!! We were originally supposed to go to Nicaragua but they just recently closed their borders because of Covid. So that’s a no go. But now, looking back, I’m seeing how God was working. He really does love us and want what’s best for us.
I think something I’ve realized is that I try so hard to be in control of my life, my next step, my future. But in trying to control everything, I lose focus on who the real leader is. I try to make my own path when God has something planned for me. He wants us to let go and let Him work. Instead of trying to be the leader I encourage you to take everything you do to God, including what clothes you wear or where you park! Invite Him into every area of your life. That’s what He wants! He wants to be your best friend, mentor, father, and your everything!
I’m so excited for Costa Rica. I’m so excited to see God move and change lives. I would love prayer for my team as we prepare to head out. Prayer for God’s protection and to just be filled with His peace. Also, be praying for hearts to start opening and preparing for God in Costa Rica!
