When I heard about the race and saw how it was going to cost I’m not going to lie, I got a little discouraged. But now, 13 months later, I’m able say that the overall cost for this trip has been met! This could not of been done if it hadn’t been for everyone back home who has supported me! Thanks to your service I have been able to experience a multitude of PURE God moments (the moments where I just have to shut my mouth and be in awe of His glorious power at work), and will be able to witness many more!

If you are someone who has said that you are donating a certain amount every month of the race, you can still do that! It will definitely still be helping me! It helps me both on and off the race. On the race, it allows me to have a little extra spending money that buys me necessities such as food, toiletries, and new clothes (I’ve lost almost 40 pounds since I left for the race so a lot of my clothes I brought with me are gone). Off the race it can help me in EVERY single way, seeing how when I get back I won’t have a job, any money, really I won’t have much of anything when I get back.
