I have one more week until my $9,000 deadline. As many of you know I had a garage sale this weekend. I took up donations from friends and family and had so many things donated to me. Thanks everyone for donating. I know I could not have done it without you. I definitely couldn’t have done it without the help of my good friend Kristen Graham. I raised $1080.00. That is amazing.
I also received word from a friend that she raised over 1,000 dollars by donating to me her fees for photo sessions. She’s an awesome friend, her name is Kristen too! Kristen is my two best friends’ mom. She even took me on vacation with them to go see Dave Matthews Band last week too with her family. Love you Shmom.
I’m selling T Shirts made and designed for me by fundthenations.com and all of the proceeds go to funding my world race. They are $20 each and come in S, M, L, and XL ($2 more). Adding all of that up and adding my pay checks I have about 5,500 raised. I have 3,834 right now in my account. I’ve raised all this in a matter of weeks. I don’t take credit for the absurd amount of money that has been flowing in, but acknowledge that I could not have done it without God’s provision. 3,500 could be raised if every single person who attended my church donated 2 dollars. Now I know that sounds like a big amount left to raise but with one week left I have no reason to do anything but keep moving forward to my goal and have faith that the help I need will come because it always has.
