Change, although
not always desired, is usually good. This week at debrief they
announced all new teams and I know that it hasn’t been easy for
everyone, but I know beyond a doubt that this is going to be a
powerful and awesome time for all of us.

Holland is my new team leader and Will
McRae, Christina Coleman, Janna Williams and Haley Smith are my new team mates 🙂 And I am excited
about a new dynamic and another chance to leave behind old habits.
You know the stupid things that you always do that you always wish
you didn’t do and you know the annoying habits that you forgot you
even do until you go home for the holidays and then you find yourself
doing them again. Not so much a chance to reinvent your self but more
so a chance to step out in the new things that you have learned about
yourself and leave behind the things you have realized you don’t
want anymore.
For me it is a
chance to present the side of myself that for what ever reason I was
holding back for some reason from my old team. The little bits and
pieces that I have been frustrated that they didn’t see and that I
just realize last month, I was holding back.
Team Rhema you
will forever be a part of my life and I miss you already. Thank you
for helping to pull out more of the Man of God that I have always had
in me. For sharpening me, helping me see truth, for not settling for
my second best. Anne you are a leader of leaders, don’t doubt your
ability just because it doesn’t look the same as someone else’s. Bill
it has been so good to see you find you niche on the squad and step
out into it, I can’t wait to hear the amazing stories your team is
going to have for this month, don’t be afraid to make the hard
decisions. Alison, I am going to miss getting to see the latest and
greatest version of you come out this month but I know it will. Keep
pressing in and don’t ever settle for second best. April I miss you
smile already but I know that you have a lot of great stuff your new
team needs. Be bold, walk forward into you destiny and don’t hold
back any of the great stuff that is in you. Bethany you’re not rid of
me yet 🙂 I am so excited that I get a front row seat to watch you
step in a new level of leadership. Don’t doubt yourself, you have all
the tools to make this happen and the heart to see it through.
