This is a topic I feel strongly about

My Friend and Coach (you will be missed) Mike Bullock. He always taught us about the importance of leadership and made us memorize the defintion of team – A group of individuals working together to acheive a common goal.

Some people prefer to be a lone wolf I have always tried to be the lone wolf never asking for a helping hand and making my life more difficult then it already can be..BUT

I prefer to have a pack of wolve's that are working together. —- Now that's a team!

Ecclesiastes Chapter 4

9 Two [are] better than one; because they have a good reward for their labour.

10 For if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow: but woe to him [that is] alone when he falleth; for [he hath] not another to help him up.

What are the common goal's for our trip?  In my opinion we all are going on this journey to be a part of somthing bigger then just one of us.  We are going to serve God and other's in a way we cannot do at home.

 We must all pray for each other and have each other's back

As a team we will be going to some very dark places; this is no vacation. But it will be a experince of a life time.

The stronger our team get's the more efficient and effective we will be

Philippians 4:13 – I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.
