Sorry that this is late, I have been having busy moments. Enjoy

Time Flies

I am sitting here at the Mall in Honduras, shoeless (that’s cause being shoeless is better than having shoes on) ß crazy I know and just pondering to myself… Wow how time surely does fly. I am surprised how fast month 2 went by. It was just like yesterday we were all waiting, anxious and excited to leave on the Race. Now it’s already off to Nicaragua Month 3. Where does the time go…
This month has been amazing. Better yet the past 2 months have been amazing. All that God has been doing to me and revealing to me. I would have never thought this would be like this. When God says’ he has the best for us, he really does mean he has the best for us. I remember a year and a half ago when I thought God was taking me to Argentina, but nope it never happened he had something better for me and I am glad I listened and followed his heart. To share my new experience with 51 other persons who desire the same thing, to see God’s kingdom advance, to share the Love of Jesus to all those we come in contact with, and to have a Holy Ghost party everywhere our feet treads.
Just a little recap!

Guatemala was amazing. Staying in an Orphanage and just experiencing life with kids who have down-syndrome. A new take on life of that kind and so much more love for anyone with that disability.
Painting the walls of the Orphanage, building shelves, re-arranging the wood shed, and cleaning out their tool shed.
Visiting a wheelchair repair factory where handicap people repair and fix them.
Visiting other orphanages and just pouring out love to them.
Hiking up volcano Pacaya and roasting Marshmallows over the heat that emits from the volcano.
Zip-lining through Lake Atitlan, which has 3 active volcanoes and a huge lake. Also getting bit by so many bugs on my legs it looked like I had chicken pox for a couple weeks.
Visiting a dump, where people work to find items they can re-sell and make money and just praying over anyone who wanted prayer. Seeing God move in a powerful way.
And Much more that is branded in my heart and my mind.

Honduras!
Still here until Tuesday, just blown away at the Love here.
Having an awesome “Summer Camp” with the neighborhood kids.
Teaching them English and playing games with them.
Laying rocks down to build a driveway.
Burn lots of trash.
Machete the field of grass.
Have plans hi-jacked by God. Were supposed to go to a small city in Honduras instead we went to a hospital and prayed over a lady who was thought to have stomach cancer.
Turned out to be a bacterial infection! Praise God!
Learning more about the kids, that our ministry contact Tony takes care of and how much of a difference they become when they are with him than on the street.
Eating ice-cream from the ice-cream man any time he comes around.
Sleeping to the lovely sounds of semi’s engine breaks go on. (not a pleasant sound)

Two months down and nothing but interesting moments.
9 more months to go! I can’t wait to experience it all!

Love Ya,

Andrew
