First off let me introduce you to team Sojourner some of the most loving caring and passionate people I've ever met. Oh and as you can see in the picture they know how to laugh and have fun too. I love this team so much and can't thank God enough for putting me with this group of people.

now let me tell you some things i learned at camp:

1. I CAN live without a cell phone

2. I CAN live without showering every single day

3. I CAN live without TV

4. I CAN live without Anger

5. I CAN live without Shame

6. I CAN live with out Guilt

7. I CAN'T live without God

Coming into the week my only expectation was that i didn't know what to expect and believe me God blew me away all week.

Anger shame and guilt had a stronghold on my life even more so than i could have ever realized. The great news is God brought that all to light helped me forgive those i needed to forgive and forgive myself, God delivered me from my anger shame and guilt.

Hear me when i say this the anger shame and guilt i carried around is gone!

I have never had so much peace inside of me in my life I honestly feel like I've dropped 100 pounds off my back. This isn't just a temporary thing thanks to God it is a forever thing. I have been radically changed more so than i could have ever imagined.

I left for camp a 20 year old boy and came back a 20 year old man of God.

When you fully let go and let God do his work in you it is such an amazing thing. He took things from me i didn't even know i was holding on to. He showed me what it's like to truly be humble and broken, how to stand before my whole squad in humility.

The Holy Spirit moved in me all week and through all the tears, loss of sleep, laughs, hard work, and fun it was the most amazing week of my life.

I am FOREVER CHANGED thanks to God
