I found Jesus in a Hindu temple

“But Jesus called the children to him and said:

Let the little children come to me, and

do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these.

Truly I tell you,

anyone who will not receive the kingdom of God like a little child will never enter it.”

Today as we are used to doing, since 1 week ago, my friend Jo and I were on our way back home.  We saw some kids playing inside of a Hindu temple. When they saw us they started calling on us and asking us to play.  We had to come back for a meeting but somehow we couldn’t leave that place without playing with them. Also we wanted to share the gospel with them. We decided to play just 1 game! Just one!! Well scratch that, by the end we ended up singing songs, dancing, playing more games, taking pictures and talking about Jesus. It was a beautiful time, and God just reminded us about Jesus and his ministry on the earth. How he describes the kids as one of the most important parts of our lives, as a pillar for us. How we have to be like kids because of they have gentle souls, pure and humble hearts. They still believe in people, in love, in change, in community, in brothers and sisters, in this world, in friendships, in loyalty, in faith, in loving and caring for others.

My prayer for today is that we all can be like kids; be joyful, pure, gentle and have humble hearts. That we can see and find Jesus even in the little details. I pray for wisdom, for faith that move mountains, for joy, for peace in the hard times, for love to love others and ourselves like He does. I definitely pray that as us you can find Jesus maybe in a Hindu temple, maybe at your work, college, ministry, or daily routine. Just ask God and he will show you wonders!
