Hey friends and fam! All is well here in the land down under. Our whole squad is staying in a church in Byron Bay. It’s been absolutely beautiful. For me it’s been a time of listening to God and just being really present. We havent had as many “ministry“ days as much as just taking in the culture and the beauty God has made here. It’s been refreshing to walk though the town and along the beaches, having quality talks with people and praying for the city in general. That has been a ministry in itself.
With that being said, we have already encountered a few opportunities where God worked immediatley through eachother. Whether it be pain in somebodys leg that they‘ve had for awhile going away or people being able to walk in freedom from something that they were stuggling with for a long time. SO cool!
Something that God has really been doing in my heart is just loving every person I see, having compassion for their situations, and being able to feel the pain with them. One way that God has done this is just simply giving me a vision for a person. What I mean is I will see almost like a clip of something that has directly related to that person, not knowing it, and telling them. It’s CRAZY you guys. I know it may sound like a bunch of hoopla but it’s real! I love it. Letting go of logic and stepping out in faith has taught me so much.
There will be many more experiences to come, but I want to leave you guys feeling encouraged so here is a little verse from the Bible that I will share; In Jeremiah 17:7 it says “ but blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord, whose confidence is in Him.“
