This photo has nothing to do with this post, but seriously check out how much junk was on my face after safari….nasty!

While in Tanzania my team was living in a house with two other teams. That means almost 30 world racers together in one house. There was never a lack of people to hang out with or talk to. Meal times were good because we could sit and catch up with people on their days and what had been going on in their lives. However, one dinner sticks out to me as memorable.

Jonathan had been working on memorizing all the words to Queen’s “Bohemian Rhapsody” and so that night I asked him if he had the lyrics down yet. He said not yet but he was working on it. Then someone began to play the song on their iPod and before I knew it we had almost 30 people seated in the dinning room in blue plastic chairs singing all the lyrics to the song. It was hilarious and tons of fun.

At this point I turned to Leyna and commented that this is just one way you might realize you are on the World Race. Seriously, does this ever happen to you at dinner?
