We just found out we’re going to Serbia next month! For those that are geographically challenged (like me), here is a map.
We will be scouting out ministry opportunities and contacts for future World Race teams. We don’t know anything more at this point, but we are all pretty stoked about this next month.
This week we’ve been a part of the Awakening conference in Brasov, Romania. It is made up of over 200 current World Racers and alumni. There has been music worship, all-night prayer times, and thought-provoking teaching sessions. It is fun to meet the alumni or the racers that are at the end of their race and have so much wisdom to share. It has been a time of building up the body of Christ, rejuvenating those who are tired and weary, and empowering a generation of people who want to be “Jesus with skin on” to the nations God is taking us to! Who ever said being a Christian is boring? Ok, I used to think so back in the day, but that will have to be another blog. =)
