Y’all. This blog was supposed to go up days ago. I just logged on to start another one and realized that shoddy internet stuck and it was never published. It’s super short, sweet and to the point, so it’ll be a fast read. So sorry! So here you go, and you can expect another one in the next couple days- Look forward to it because spoiler alert: GOD IS SUPER POWERFUL and really really good, and Heidi Baker is awesome- look her up:)

Shalom is my favorite Hebrew word. Simply translated, shalom means peace. However after studying Hebrew I learned that a more holistic translation is: peace, harmony, wholeness, completeness, prosperity, welfare and tranquility.

I have Shalom in Southeast Asia. Things have been moving quickly for us, and other things have been happening around us, but through it all, God has given me shalom. More than ever, I feel that I am exactly where I am supposed to be, and fulfilling God’s purpose for my life. Tomorrow we begin working with a new ministry contact, so please pray that we are able to carry the Kingdom well into an unreached population. Please also pray for health among my squad, as there are several people who are not feeling 100% (although y’all will be pleased to know that for the first time ever I am among the healthy population, not the sickly).

I have also posted some pictures of our first week here, hopefully they can give you a glimpse of the absolute beauty that is surrounding us. Thank you for all of your prayers and support, I am so deeply grateful. It has been so humbling and made me feel so loved. I only have a little over $500 left to raise until I am fully funded, and I am overwhelmed by the support everyone has demonstrated to me. If you feel like God is leading you to give financially, you can click the ‘support me’ button at the top of this page.

May the Lord bless you and keep you, The Lord shine his face upon you, and give you peace, Forever.

Shalom.
