A little birdy told me… :)

Here are some qualities that make this person completely unique – unlike any other –

11) Style is her middle name. No matter where we’re going, she’s got heels on and her own creative style shining through.

 10) She has an ever-changing hair color. She updates her hair more than anyone I’ve ever met. It’s always fun seeing what’s new with her dew J   She’s also an amazing hair stylist that I get to take complete advantage of! Can’t wait to see what you come up with when I get back!

9) She is beaut-i-ful. Inside and out. Growing up, people always said she looked like a model…now years later, she has only continued to get more and more beautiful. If you’ve seen her before, you would know her for her pearly white, cheery smile, bright eyes, rockin hair and her heart that she is always wearing on her sleeve.

7) She loves to laugh and make others laugh. Well first off I should mention that Gosselin humor is 1) hilarious – we basically crack ourselves up, 2) unstoppable- literally. We have a really hard time ending our jokes. Allyse was always the one at the dinner table that would be laughing so hysterically that she would fall out of her chair and look like she was dying due to the lack of oxygen getting to her lungs. It’s no secret that Ethan’s taken after your love of laughter and jokiness.

6) She shows her love in so many ways. While I was in school, she would send me care packages full of the latest magazines and an abundance of candy. I’ve even got a stylish cherry decorated sock change purse J Yes, you read right…it’s a change purse made out of a sock. You can’t beat that! She’s always been there for me – through thick and thin. She is always thinking up new ideas to get creative and have fun with E-man….clay step for the yard anyone? Haha…that one didn’t turn out so good, but it was definitely fun, chemicals and all! J

5) She’s not afraid to look silly. This one ties into #7. If she thinks something would get Ethan laughing, she wouldn’t hesitate for a second try it out.   She’s actually mastered the art of being a human racecar.

4) She is one of the strongest people I’ve ever met. I don’t think she knows how much I look up to her in so many ways. Though we all go through challenging times in life, she has done so with such grace and strength. 

3) She always sees the best in everyone. When others are quick to look at the downfalls of someone, she is always looking at the positive in them. She believes that everyone has good hearts, and gives so many opportunities for that to shine through. She is willing to forgive those who wrong her, just as Christ forgave and continues to forgive us.

2) She’s the best mother, sister and best friend that anyone could ask for. She’s always got some joke or ridiculous comment to make people laugh. She does thoughtful things randomly just to let those she loves know that they’re on her mind. She loves with all that she has.

1) Today is her birthday, and I couldn’t be more proud to call her my sister.

I wish I could be there with you to celebrate at Chucky Cheese. I’m sure you guys will have an amazing time … I mean really, how couldn’t you with Chucky???
