i have tried writing this blog for the last four days. everytime i start it is blank screen, words, backspace, blinking cursor, start again, erase, walk away, start over. it is not because i do not know what to say. it is because i want to do it justice. on friday morning (around 12AM EST), kyle, brianna, serah, daniel and myself all met. well, through our computer screens that is.
Dear friends, let us love on another, for love come from God. Everyone who loves has been born of God and knows God. 1 John 4:7.

We have added many people since that first time. Meghan, Alex, Steven, Abby, Savannah Courtney, Kylie, Molly and Melanie. It has been quite the experience. There has been more then countless frozen screens, inaudible moments, funny & embarrassing shared screen shots, deep soul laughs, and eating.
Actually, we shameless eat in front of each other and sometimes wish we were with the others to have some of their food. We have grown quite close. We rang in Molly's 21st birthday on Skype. We've made jokes and met each others dogs (Steven's dog is a regular attendee!). Met Serah and Daniel's moms. We have shared our greatest fears and biggest hopes, our tribulations & our walks with God along with many deep heart to hearts and random questions. To say I am excited to meet these people (and the rest of my squad) is an understatement. I can already tell these friendships will be lifelong and i am forever grateful. When I see something that reminds me of someone on my team, I get excited to tell them on Skype. Like the price of cherries with Alex and hearing someone at work laugh like Daniel. When things thing get crazy on our skype calls we just remind each other we are making memories and it is just #firstworldproblems. And, they don't matter.
To the rest of the squad: these chats can get rowdy but you'll feel so much genuine love. So come join us and get in on our crazy amounts of screen shots, conversations and laughs.
