While I was there I read about an organization called Wipe Every Tear, located in Metro Manila, Philippines. Wipe Every Tear provides a safe house, work center, counseling, training, education and discipleship for young women rescued from the sex trade.
As you know Human Trafficking sits heavy on my heart and at searchlight I realized that my passion is to see victims set free from the bondage and strongholds that hold them captive. At Wipe Every Tear I’ll live daily life with the women, sometimes going to the market or visiting their families, while building them up and discipling them. These girls need to know and truly believe that God loves them and He has great things in store for their lives
I’ll be leaving for the Philippines on June 16th.

Pray for me as I journey overseas and join the fight against human trafficking. Pray for the victims of trafficking and against the darkness that keeps the women in bondage. And please pray that the funds will come in to get me there.. and keep me there.

Since I will be volunteering this trip is support based. I plan on selling my car and having a yard sale before I leave but I ask that you will consider supporting me with a financial donation. Any amount will make a difference!
I need to purchase a one way ticket to the Philippines and my living expenses will be $2500.00 for 6 months. That will cover housing, meals, and travel to visit the girls families.
