His Love overwhelms like the ocean tidal waves that submerge the sandy shores
His grace, oh His grace,
It lifts us from the pits of brokenness, and pieces our hearts together
He makes us beautifully whole.
His joy breaks off chains of shame.
His cross took upon these afflictions so we wouldn’t have to call them our own,
but rather claim Him as our life.
He’s our rock and shelter, our fortress, our guide and our peace.
He is the one who steadily carries us.
I’m learning that in life, we can’t control everything! We have to learn to let go and really let God do what He wants to do! It’s okay to not have everything planned out and know how, what, when, and where things are going to happen. Just simply let them happen. It’s so easy to take our eyes off what really matters. That is, showing the love and kingdom of God!
As long as that is what we are doing, nothing else matters!! 🙂
Everything else will fall in place!
