this is my team – team fervent ! we hope to walk in zeal and be so on fire for Jesus that it pours out of us. so let me introduce you to all of these beautiful people..
first up – anna! she is so passionate, a great friend and is hilarious. she loves peanut butter and Guayaki Yerba tea. she is a great leader and walks with such integrity and honor! if you need a shoulder to cry on or someone to make you laugh until you pee, this is your girl. w/ anna, you have a friend at all times. also, she is a COOL CALI girl.
next – rachel! wow, this girl walks with so much wisdom and is quick to listen and slow to speak. she is an amazing teacher and is so intentional with everyone she meets. i could hear her talk all day about how to sees Jesus in all situations and the way she is so diligent to study the word. I want to learn from rachel!!! she works at an ice cream bar in Virginia so she has a very special place in my heart 😉
mackenzi! she is kind & humble. she walks alongside your brokenness and has eyes to see you the way the Father does. she also is so talented with art! not only can she paint, watercolor, give henna tats but she is so creative in the way she can give perspectives to the word of God. & she walks w so much wisdom as well!! love!
gracie! a true southern bell! she has the hospitality, the accent, and is oh so gentle. gracie is so caring, loves right where she is and is someone anyone would be lucky to call a friend. you can seriously trust her with anything and everything! we’re the only two from the south on our team so we can really bond on our love for biscuits and bbq!!
abigail! the most precious soul! she is an enneagram 2 to a T and it is so evident her love language is acts of service. she is so quick and so willing to make sure your needs are met. she picks up after everyone for EVERY meal and always stays to help you with the last bit of laundry! she brings a presence of peace and gentleness and her smile is just so pure! ugh! – we love her!
olivia! she is so bold and so brave! liv walks with so much joy and is an amazing story-teller. there isn’t one thing she does that she won’t do to the best of her ability! she listens so well and makes sure everybody is heard.
& of course, last but certainly not least.. my team leader leanna! wow! the joy of the Lord is so evident in the way she laughs, talks, smiles and just the way she sits and listens. she encourages you, makes you feel seen, and loves so hard! she may be from Minnesota but is a Texan at heart.
these are my people and i am so honored to have the opportunity to do life with them for the next 9 months. these were just quick intros and i so wish I could tell you all so much more. i could write a whole book about these people and we’ve only been together for two weeks!! we are all so different but it is so beautiful to see how the Lord put all of our quirky traits together and to see us really be an intentional community. we already have separation anxiety when being away for an hour so pray for us to prepare for thanksgiving and Christmas break.
