Month 11 has arrived.
We are in the middle of Costa Rica absorbing as much as we can that is left of this incredible journey.
My team and I are working with La Ola ministries. A mission to reach out to the surf community of Jaco, Costa Rica. We are tenting at the Christian Surfers compound along with several mosquitos. Now, this does not mean we are out surfing all day, it means we go out and help the community in any way we can. We have been leading a children’s club, helping out at bilingual school, painting murals on our compound, renovating a kid’s zone at the local library, prayer walks around bar street, and building relationships to see what God has placed before us this month. I am loving it. And yes, today is our day off and you better believe we’re going down the street get get some surfing in.

The Honduras video was created by my fellow squad mate Adrienne Greto. We worked at a ministry called Heart of Christ and worked with orphans and women and children affected by rape and incest. It was a heartbreaking and unforgettable month.
Nicaragua.
My squad mate, Scott Perez, and I made this together last month. We worked with a local church in Esteli. Made some of the best friendships and received a ton of encouragement from these life giving people. A true family to us! (select HD to have better quality)
